2020 has been one wild rollercoaster, and let’s admit—it’s not the kind a lot of us would want to ride on. In one way or another, we’ve all been affected by this pandemic, whether it’s your relationships, careers, or maybe even your lifestyle. It might seem bleak now, but remember, when you hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up!
Having a rough week? Here are 4 things you should keep in mind!
1. Live in the moment
A lot of us are guilty of doing this—we tend to overthink about future what-if scenarios that might not even happen! It’s nice to think ahead and all, but when you become too mindful, you miss out on a lot of good opportunities! Live in the present and focus on one thing at a time.
2. Focus on the good

Negativity can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, and while it’s perfectly normal, it’s best to just take your mind off it. Take a break from those negative thoughts! Do some meditation, watch a movie, and look back on all the good things that have happened recently!
3. Keep growing
There’s always new things to learn everyday! Explore a new hobby or just go do the thing you’ve always wanted to try! You can also work on improving what you have now by setting your goals clearly. Be realistic, but push yourself further than you think you can go.
4. Treat yourself
